The project
The client’s certification program needed a long, multi-step application that feeds Zoho CRM directly, without duplicate records.
The new application is a multi-page Gravity Forms flow with a custom progress indicator, so applicants always know how far they have to go. On submission it checks for duplicate applicants, generates a cumulative PDF with every answer, and creates or updates the record in Zoho CRM automatically.
