About the website
9Packets is a boutique digital agency founded in 2011. It gets clients found by people and by AI, then turns that visibility into profitable customers. Clients work directly with founder Joe and a small senior team. The agency has worked with teams at TIME, Condé Nast and HarperCollins.
The site leads with “Real results, not more AI jargon.” It shows live client engagements honestly (including the ones still in progress), then explains four disciplines: Custom AI Solutions, SEO/GEO, Customer Acquisition and Paid Marketing. Each has its own service page, alongside an Insights blog and testimonials.
