Custom WordPress theme for a Swiss construction job platform: one application reaches a whole network of temporary staffing agencies.
The project
Kollabo is a Swiss job platform for the construction trades. Workers apply once, a personal advisor calls them and builds a strong profile, and the application goes to the staffing agencies (out of 100+) that actually have a matching opening.
The German-language theme uses heavy condensed type, a construction-site video hero and an orange accent. It walks through the process with illustrated steps and includes job listings, an apply flow, How it works, About, FAQ and a contact bar with phone, WhatsApp, email and opening hours.
